The second part of the first name recorded in Isaiah 9:6 is Counselor. What are you struggling with today that could use some good counsel? Who are you going to for advice? Psalm 73:24 states, "You shall guide me with Your counsel O God, and afterward receive me up to glory."
Today, ask God first to advise you about the situation you're wrestling with. Then, sit silently before Him and wait for Him to speak into that situation. God is a Wonderful Counselor.
