The Church prayed for Peter when he was jailed awaiting trial for being a Christ-follower. All religions pray. The belief in God and the belief in prayer go hand in hand. Prayer is something that God wants for His people.

What does God encourage His children to do? What is promised when we pray to our heavenly Father? What relationship do we have with God that allows Him to even be interested in our prayers? Will God ever give us answers to our prayers that are bad for us? Today, get on your knees and pour your heart out to this Father who wants to give you good gifts.
