Whether you'd like to reserve our facility for your wedding or rehearsal dinner, or schedule an officiant for an off-site ceremony, all of the information and paperwork you need is right here! 

Wedding Contract

By filling out this paperwork, you are applying for the use of our facility and/ or completing an agreement to secure an officiant from our Pastoral Staff. Please read all the details along the way, and make sure to fill in all the required fields.
